At the Future Research Center of the Chinese Army, Liu Dashan conducted on-site inspections of construction safety management and affirmed the relevant work. Liu Dashan emphasized that firstly, we should attach great importance to safety production work and continuously improve our awareness of safety responsibility. Leaders should conduct safety inspections at the frontline and grassroots levels, deeply understand and solve problems, and ensure that all safety production measures are implemented in detail. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen safety training for frontline employees, enhance their awareness of safety behavior, and ensure that they hold certificates to work. Thirdly, we need to strengthen daily inspections of building materials, mechanical equipment, and construction processes, while introducing experts to conduct evaluation and inspection from a technical perspective to ensure that the construction process meets various safety standards. The project company and supervision unit should strengthen the safety production supervision of the general and sub contracting units, sign safety production agreements, and ensure that safety production responsibilities are implemented to individuals. Fourth, we must implement the group company's focus on frontline efforts to implement special safety production actions, strictly compact safety management responsibilities, strictly implement safety regulations, and ensure the quality of safety work. Special attention should be paid to the safety of fire prevention and hazardous material use during construction during holidays.
