How to solve the problem of a battery failing to take a charge when using a charger after a period of use?

Vehicles nowadays are equipped with many electrical appliances. If the battery is frequently drained of power, it will be in a discharged state with severe sulfation. This increases the battery's internal resistance, making it difficult to accept a charge. The following measures can be taken:

A. Shake the battery to evenly mix the electrolyte inside, thereby reducing internal resistance before charging.

B. For a single battery, first charge it using the 24V gear for a short while, then switch to the 12V gear.

C. Connect a charged battery in series and charge both together using the 24V gear.

How to restore the normal polarity of a reverse-charged battery?

First, fully discharge the battery—for example, by connecting it to a light bulb for illumination. Then, connect it to a charged battery with positive to positive and negative to negative for 5 minutes, aiming to restore the terminal polarity. Finally, charge it with a low current using a battery charger.

What are your payment terms?

30% advance payment is required via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and the remaining 70% balance shall be paid after we provide the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL). Before you settle the balance, we will show you photos of the products and their packaging.

How to maintain the battery?

When the battery is not in use, it should be stored in a clean, dry, well-ventilated, and dark environment. It needs to be stored after being fully charged, and recharged every 3 to 6 months.

What types of batteries can you provide?

We produce maintenance-free batteries (12V, 32-245Ah), as well as start-stop batteries such as AGM and EFB types.

What is your usual delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is 30 to 35 days.

Factors affecting the life of car batteries

In addition to the design and manufacturing quality of the battery itself, the actual service life of a battery is related to many factors:

1. Climatic conditions: In areas with high temperatures, the actual service life of the battery will be significantly shorter.

2.Output voltage of the generator: Excessively high voltage will cause overcharging, while excessively low voltage will lead to insufficient charging.

3.Driver's habits: Using on-board electrical appliances for a long time when the engine is not running, or often forgetting to turn off electrical appliances.

4.Inappropriate matching: Choosing a battery with excessively low capacity will shorten its service life.

5.Severe vehicle leakage: Severe leakage will significantly increase the burden on the battery and greatly shorten its service life.
