This project is a budget hotel for personnel engaged in the reconstruction of the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, featuring a large dining hall that provides dedicated breakfast and dinner services.

To deliver a large number of guest rooms quickly at the lowest construction cost, the client chose modular construction. The project was delivered in just 4 months, with a construction cost roughly half that of conventional construction methods.

Thanks to the relocatable nature of modular buildings, the facility can undergo interior and exterior refurbishment after the completion of disaster reconstruction work, then be moved to other regions for reuse as residential accommodation.
