JNTS-2 empty capsule feeder is an auxiliary supporting the capsule filling machine and used to supply empty capsules to the capsule hopper of the filling machine.

Empty capsules are added into the hopper of the filling machine by positive pressure (provided by the one-way vortex air pump).

A material level sensor is installed at the charging barrel of the filling machine to monitor the number of capsules in the capsule machine hopper, and to control the switch of the capsule feeder for automatic feeding to ensure the continuity of feeding.

The lifting pipe connected with the clamp can be quickly assembled for easy cleaning and disassembly;

The machine is equipped with casters to move;
