ZXG-240 Rotary cap screwing machine is one of the equipment in the plastic bottle production line. It works with the high-speed cap feeder for automatic cap feeding and cap screwing of various plastic round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles on the conveyor belt. ZXG-240 Rotary cap screwing machine can be used alone, or can combine with automatic bottle feeder, tablet counting machine, inserter, electromagnetic capper and labeling machine to form a complete tablet counting, bottling and packaging production line.

The cap is screwed up by 12 grasping rotating heads for reliable locking of cap;
The grasping rotating head mold can be replaced to be suitable for the caps in different diameters;
When there is no lid, the bottle distribution wheel automatically stops bottle feeding and implements the linkage control with the cap feeder; when lack of cap, it will feed the cap automatically, and the high-order cap blocking unit will stop automatically.
A detection device, located at the exit of the cap screwing machine, is used to detect and reject the bottles without aluminum foil in the cap and the bottles with crooked caps or the caps in incorrect positions automatically and equipped with a collection box.
The grabbing rotating head is driven directly by the motor, which is characterized by high transmission efficiency, low noise, high screw capping efficiency.
The detection unit for rejecting bottles with crooked caps or in lack of aluminum foil in the caps has higher detection accuracy and more convenient adjustment.
The conveyor belt for the equipment is fixed to the frame of the cap screwing machine; it is more convenient to install and avoid the machine failure due to the change in the position of the conveyor belt during use.
