Wet on-line seal detection
Between the stirring shaft and granulation shaft seals through a special ring channel structure design, the internal inflation to detect changes in internal air pressure, feedback signal to the control system, to achieve on-line detection of sealing leakage. It can quickly determine the leakage point, which is more advantageous than the previous traditional water leakage detection.
Large paddle automatic lifting
The reducer adopts hollow shaft structure, lifting cylinder is installed at the bottom of the main shaft, and the main shaft and pot body connection is made by special structure, which makes the main shaft drive the large paddle to lift up and down automatically. Automatic lifting instead of traditional manual lifting, saving operation process and time, and improving production efficiency
Frequency control function
The main reducer adopts hollow shaft high-torque helical-bevel gear reducer, equipped with frequency conversion motor and independent fan, which can realize frequency conversion speed regulation, and can discharge the material at low speed to improve the customer experience.
Milling motor built-in design
The material can be milled through the in-line milling system under the discharge port, which is installed on a hinge that can be rotated by 90°. The innovative design of built-in structure of milling motor, which puts the milling motor inside the frame, makes it convenient for the customers to clean and easy to operate.
Endpoint determination function
The granulation end point can be automatically detected and determined by current and time detection charts.
Gas seal structure design
The cylinder cover seal of the main machine and the milling system seal adopt gas seal structure. Reliable seal ensures no dust spillage during granulation process.
Security detection function
Multiple safety detection devices are set up to detect the air pressure of each sealing system, and feedback to the system to monitor the sealing status at any time, and equipped with a buzzer abnormal alarm function.
Pressure relief function
The cylinder cover is equipped with a safety valve, by setting the value of the safety valve, when the pressure in the pot exceeds the set upper limit, the safety valve will be opened automatically to relieve the pressure, to ensure that the pot will not be over-pressurized and cause danger to the personnel.
Safety interlock design
Setting the cylinder cover opening and driving interlock function to avoid the danger caused by the personnel after opening the cylinder cover by mistake.

All of them are selected high-quality stainless steel material, the surace is smooth, fat, easy to clean and disinfection and will not adsorption and chemical reaction with the product, in line with GMP requirements.
