FBG series fluidized bed granulator is an important process equipment for the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. which can granulate and dry the mixed raw and auxiliary materials; or dry the wet granules produced by the wet granulator. The dryer adopts PLC automatic control system, with equipment and process in compliance with the requirements of GMP and Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Closed sampling function

The equipment can be equipped with sampling parts on the material silo, and multiple batch sampling can be performed during the operation of the equipment to increase the mastery of material drying.

Dual chamber vibrating bag dust removal function

The trapping chamber is designed as an independent double-chamber structure, adopting left and right alternating vibrating bag structure to remove dust fast and efficiently.

On-line vacuum loading function

A special developed fluidized bed fish-scale hole distribution plate is equipped, with fluidized bed feeding and discharging forming a spiral flow, and online discharging without material accumulation can be achieved by spiral flow air distribution technology, thereby achieving online vacuum loading function.

Design of jacking confinement structure

The whole fluidized bed is in segmented structure, and each part is welded with plane flange, with convex sealing ring placed in the middle, and sealed by jacking device to ensure a better sealing effect.

Safety monitoring function

Detection alarm can be realized by functions including bag in place monitoring function, lock insertion in place monitoring function, airbag sealing pressure detection function, and interlock with the host control can also be realized, thereby improving safety.

Online Endpoint Determination Function

Installation of near-infrared moisture detection device is optional , and online display of the moisture percentage of the material inside the fluidized bed is available to accurately reflect the drying of the internal material.

Top spray granulation

On the basis of the traditional fluidized bed drying function, the top spray granulation function is added; and according to the condition of actual material provided by the customer, large angle three-flow top spray gun can be equipped and used in combination with peristaltic pump, mixing tank and other components, to realize the top spray granulation function. This method has good granulation effect and can shorten the process time.

The parts in contact with drugs are all made of high-quality stainless steel, with smooth and flat surface, easy to clean and disinfect, and will not be adsorbed and chemically reacted with the products, which is in compliance with GMP requirements.
