The YTJ2-HC high airtight all-in-one machine has functions of granulation, drying, and whole granulation, and can reserve weighing and batching functions. The production capacity range is 1-5kg/batch, and the equipment is connected to operate in an isolator. The airtightness level can reach 0EB4&0EB5, which can meet the airtight production needs of high toxicity, high activity, and high allergenic drugs, to minimize damage to operators during the production process. This machine is mainly used for experiments in the new process flow of dust-free production of solid preparations, as well as for experiments in solid preparations in the food and chemical industries.

Pressure in the cabin - airflow efflux linkage control, supports negative pressure protection in case of glove rupture; optional glove integrity tester, and online safe replacement of gloves are available.
