CFM-1250 capsule filling machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, healthcare products, hospital preparation room and other fields. It is specially designed for automatic filling of powder or pellets in gelatin and vegetable hard capsules. With different molds, it can fill 00# ~ 5# (safe A ~ E) capsules. The same capsule can be filled with different drugs (powder, granule, pellet, tablet and ball) by changing corresponding devices.

Dosing precision

1. The drug is compacted five times along cam which is designed in a continuous curve, rather than point compacting. The dosing cam curve is now updated and optimized, further increasing the dosing time, so as to achieve better powder plugs and improve the uniformity.

2. All cams are featured by the world's most advanced curve trajectory, full CNC machining, high precision and smooth running, leading to higher dosing precision.
