CFM-1750 capsule filling machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, healthcare products, hospital preparation room and other fields. It is specially designed for automatic filling of powder or pellets in gelatin and vegetable hard capsules. With different molds, it can fill 00# ~ 5# (safe A ~ E) capsules. The same capsule can be filled with different drugs (powder, granule, pellet, tablet and ball) by changing corresponding devices.

Multifunction

1. The default dosing panel filling structure+ 2-station replaceable dosing vehicle can realize the micro-filling of DPI multi-component compound combination, and realize the single and compound combination filling of powder, granules, pellets and micro-tablets;

2. The micro powder filling module can be used for 0.5-30mg micro-filling, the power filling volume can be as low as 1mm³ and the net load can be as low as 0.5mg. With the RSD less than 2%, it can also be used in the production of dry powder inhalants (DPI).
