The 265 series tablet press is a rotary single discharge high-speed tablet press that converts materials from granules / powders to tablets. RemarksCapacity: The actual production speed of the equipment is related to the actual conditions of tablet pressing, such as the conditions of powder (fluidity, compressibility, uniformity of powder density), the shape and size of the produced tablet, and the pressing force.
Mold use: For the same powder, the larger the tablet, the greater the pressing force required during production, resulting in the greater the friction between the punch and the guide rail, the greater the vibration of the equipment, and the greater the wear of the punch, guide rail and press wheel. Therefore, in the production of tablets, the service life of the mold shall also be considered while pursuing yield.
