SZ-300B-HC high airtight top rotary sifter is developed on the basis of standard SZ series sifter, specially for pressing tablets of anti-cancer drugs, highly allergic drugs and other products which are harmful to human body and environment.
This model is the same as the standard SZ series tablet sifter, SZ-300B-HC relies on the movable body, screw sifter, powder catching tray, air sealing seat and top cover to realize the function of lifting and polishing tablets with diameter of Φ5-Φ25. However, the standard SZ series tablet sifter cannot be used in the production of API products because the harmful substances adhering to the tablets may be exposed to the operator and the external environment during the operation.
The parts of this equipment that come into contact with material components are made of 316L stainless steel. The surface of the equipment is polished, with no exposed sharp edges or corners. The feed opening and discharge opening can be adjusted in all directions. The low position of the feeding port makes it easy to connect with various types of tablet presses. The high position of the discharge port is designed to reserve space for the connection of downstream equipment. The parts are connected by quick-fit clamps, easy to disassemble and install. The outer cover is fully sealed design, no material leakage during operation.
